A session of the O‘zLiDeP Press Club discussed expanding the use of renewable energy sources, the Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology (HYDROENGEO) reported on 18 February 2023. Deputies of the Legislative Chamber and local councils, ministry representatives and leading specialists of the institute took part.
The institute’s specialists presented their research and gave recommendations on using geothermal groundwater efficiently.
The Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology reported two days later that the recommendations were given by B. Ismailov, head of the institute’s Hydromineral Resources laboratory.
