From 1 November 2025, the National Energy Efficiency Agency began allocating subsidies for energy-efficient equipment through its platform esma.uzex.uz, the official news channel Rasmiy xabarlar reported on 6 November 2025.

Under Cabinet of Ministers Resolution No. 673 of 24 October 2025, the agency pays 100% of the cost of a home energy audit, 20% of the cost of solar panels, solar collectors, household heating boilers and other energy-saving devices, and 40% of the cost of buying and installing heat pumps, up to 50 times the base calculation value.

So far, 131 requests had come in, 116 homes had been audited, and 14 households had received subsidies for solar panels and collectors. For “green renovation” and “green” consumer loans, interest above 19% is also covered, by up to 4 percentage points. Eligible “green renovation” works include installing heat pumps (air, water and geothermal), insulating walls and roofs, and replacing windows and doors.
