Uzbekistan’s Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services met a delegation of China Railway Prefabricated Xinjiang Construction Development Co., Ltd. and Hengkang Technology Kenya Co., Ltd., UzDaily reported on 5 September 2026.
Besides prefabricated construction, green building materials and EPC, EPC+F and public–private partnership models, the sides discussed modernising heat supply, building cogeneration plants and modern heat centres, and introducing geothermal heat pump technologies.
They agreed to exchange information on prospective heat supply projects in Uzbekistan, which the Chinese companies would study before proposing financing and cooperation terms.
